How we work

Define the requirement before comparing suppliers.

Organizations rarely lose money because people are not working hard. The leakage usually appears between responsibilities: unclear scopes, fragmented quotes, hidden exclusions, unverified vendors, poor timing, and agreements that no one had time to fully examine.

We research the market, organize proposals, identify exclusions and risks, coordinate sourcing, and preserve the information behind the buyer’s decision.

Founder perspective

Experience behind the procurement work.

Alexei Mityakov Leibowitz was adopted from an orphanage in Bryansk, Russia, and came to America at age eight. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, he developed an early respect for resourcefulness, careful stewardship, and the difference a well-considered decision can make.

Today, Alexei works behind the scenes on purchasing and sourcing projects. Through Unparalleled Source, he helps clients define requirements, compare vendors, and review costs and risks before committing money or time.

His work covers telecom services, business essentials, and wholesale sourcing. The objective is to cut avoidable costs, save client time, and document the options behind each purchase.

Our operating principles

01

Understand before comparing

A useful comparison begins with a defined scope and shared assumptions.

02

Verify before authorizing

Vendor claims, documentation, terms, and delivery exposure deserve review before capital moves.

03

Document the decision

A clear record protects the organization long after a quote is selected.
